ANY Book taken from the Library must be returned within TEN days. Periodicals within five days, and Newspapers within one day. Any member losing or defacing a part of a work, shall replace it by another of the same description, or pay the value of the whole; the amount to be determin ed by the Managing Committee. No Member shall lend "y Book belonging to the Institution.-See Rules of the brary.
