Rant, O Lord, that as I am baptized into the

IX. A Prayer for Afcenfion-Day.



I do believe thy only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, to have ascended into the Heavens; so


may also in Heart and Mind thither ascend, and with him continually dwell, who liveth and reigneth with 'I hee and the Holy Ghoft, one God, World without End. Amen.

X. A Prayer for Whit-Sunday,


of thy faithful People, by sending to them the Light of thy Holy Spirit; grant me by the same Spi- : rit to have a right Jadgment in all Things, and evermore to rejoice in his holy Comfort, thro’the Merits of Christ Jesas our Saviour, who liveth and reignerk with Thee, in the Uvity of the fame Spirit, one God, World without End. Amen.

XI. A Prayer for Trinity-Sunday.
Holy, blessed, and glorious Trinity, three Persons

and one God, have Mercy upon me a miserable Suner.

Almighty and everlasting God, who has given unto thy Servants Grace, by the Confession of a true Faith to acknowledge the Glory of the Eternal Trinity, and in the Power of the Divine Majesty to worship the Unity ; I beseech thee, that thou wouldft keep me Aedfalt in this Faith, and evermore defend me from all Adversities, who livest and reignest one God, World without End. Amen.

Our Father, which art in Heaven, &c. The Lord bless me and keep me ; the Lord make his Face to shine upon me, and be gracious unto me ; the Lord lift up his Countenance upon me, and give me Peace now and for evermore. Amen.
