Zeppelin raids on the coast of England have been frequent of late. The picture shows coast guards bringing to shore from the river a "fire-bomb" which was dropped (with bad aim) at the town of Maldon during a recent raid. German newspapers have stated that these attacks are only preparatory reconnaissances to a great expedition of Zeppelins to be directed against London and the principal cities of southeastern England
