MONTHLY REPORT ON METEOROLOGY OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO It is proposed to apply the same principle to the High 1 Schools as to the Public Schools, so far as it relates to the pro- portion of the sums raised by County Councils for the support of High Schools.
