Priests refer their Hearers to the Scriptures, as the Rule of Life and Manners, when their Pride, Avarice and Ambition, are such a ContradiEtion to the Scriptures ? From this Disagreement, arises all that Contempt which they complain of. These Things are justly observed, and fully discussed in this Collection of TraEts: To which another Volume will shortly be added, and in the Preface to that, I shall give my Thoughts upon some other Things. In the mean Time, I conclude with this Observation, viz. that the Priests have cumbered the Ground, and cursed the Earth for Ages past ; but we hope that the Time of our Redemption draweth nigh.
