Strana xxx - When any person enters a horse, or subscribes to tions names. a stake under a fictitious name, or in the name of a person not fully identified at the time, he shall be considered in all respects as the owner of the horse, and as the subscriber to the stake ; and in the event of the forfeit not being paid, his real name shall be published in the Forfeit List.

Strana iv - The charge for postage is not included in the above prices to non-subscribers. The Volumes for former years may be had, in lots, at a reduced price, according to the number taken.
